Time: 5:00 p.m., Ceremony.

Location: The Ridge

Attire: Cocktail Attire (boots welcome!). We don’t recommend stilettos.

Getting There: Gather at the Outpost at 4:30 p.m. to catch a ride in a horse-drawn wagon, van, or walk to the ceremony site.  Feel free to arrive early and enjoy the property too – maybe a game or two of horseshoe! 

Terrain: You will travel uphill from the valley floor to a scenic vantage point approximately 500 feet above the main grounds. The walk takes about 10–15 minutes. The path is a steady incline but is well maintained and considered an easy walk for anyone comfortable with a gentle uphill grade. Along the way, enjoy the scenery and the horses corralled in the nearby rodeo pen.

What To Expect: The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Ridge. After we say our “I do’s,” we’ll gather for cocktails and a tented dinner on the grass as the sun sets and the harvest moon rises.

As the evening cools, the celebration continues at the Horn and Cantle, where the band will be ready to welcome everyone to the dance floor. The festivities will continue with an after-party at the Ranch's speakeasy, the Auric Room, and the Saloon.

Transportation:

+ 4:15 pm - Bus departs the Wilson Hotel for Lone Mountain Ranch (main parking lot)

Return times: 9:00 p.m., 10:30 p.m., 12:00a and final bus at 2:00 am.
