In September, daytime temperatures are usually in the upper 50s to low 70s but Montana’s weather is notoriously hard to predict. However, you can count on cold nights and should plan for the temperature to drop around freezing.

Friday’s Welcome Party will be wedding casual, meaning jeans are ok!

The wedding dress code is cocktail attire. For women, a maxi, midi, knee-length dress, or dressy separates are welcome. For men, a suit or blazer with a tie optional.
The wedding ceremony will be outside on the “Ridge.” The Ridge isn’t flat, so please feel free to skip the stilettos!

Lone Mountain Ranch sits at an elevation of 7,500 feet, so we recommend staying well hydrated during your stay.

Everything on the property is walkable, though the ranch itself is fairly spread out. If needed, you’re welcome to call the front desk to request an LMR vehicle for transportation to your cabin.

Yes, it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and breakfast is included for guests staying on the property.
Please refer to the events schedule for details regarding Friday and Saturday dinners, as these will be hosted wedding events. The restaurant will be reserved (buyout) for our group during those times.
